What personal information do we collect and hold?
We may collect the following types of personal information:

profession, occupation or job title and employer;

information you provide to us through pitch, advisory or other business enquiries or applications, subscribing to our mailing lists or contact with our directors, employees or associates from time to time.

The web server used by us, as with virtually all web servers and web sites, logs visitor’s IP addresses as part of the site activity data that is collected. To whom may we disclose your information?

our Directors, employees, related bodies corporate, advisers, contractors or service providers for the purposes of assessing, implementing and managing any business and/or investment relationship between us and you, including without limitation, professional advisors such as accountants and solicitors;
our investors or prospective investors for the purposes of investing or further investing in our Fund;
to comply with any law, rule, regulation, lawful and binding determination, decision or direction of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or its successors), the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (or its successors) and law enforcement or other regulatory bodies in those jurisdictions in which we operate;
any organisation for any authorised purpose with your express consent.
Direct marketing materials
We may send you direct marketing communications and information about our activities investments that we consider may be of interest to you. These communications may be sent in various forms, including email and social media applications in accordance with applicable marketing laws. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by contacting us (see the details below) or by using opt-out facilities provided in the marketing communications.
We do not provide your personal information to other organisations for the purposes of direct marketing.

Do we disclose your personal information to anyone outside Singapore?
Our operations are based in Singapore but have an Asia-Pacific focus. Accordingly we may disclose your personal information to our Directors, employees, advisers, partners and other associates located outside of Singapore for the purposes described above. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipients of your personal information do not breach the privacy obligations relating to your personal information.
